Enjoy the beautiful Spring season in the green rolling hills of the MA Center! Please join us for a day of silence, reflection and relaxation. The retreat will include Hatha Yoga, Sanskrit chanting, bhajans, meditation and spiritual talks and stories of Amma.
We will also have the chance to spend reflective time in the natural beauty of the gardens and woodlands (weather permitting). During the afternoon break you will have time to treat yourself to a relaxing chair massage, with all proceeds going to Amma's charities!
This retreat will be lead by Bri. Remadevi.
